The Story

Rosa Rosa, the latest restaurant from James Beard Award-winning Chef Vitaly Paley and partner Kimberly Paley, takes inspiration from the rich culinary traditions born across the Ottoman and Roman Empires. With Executive Chef Kenny Giambalvo at the helm, Rosa Rosa offers house-made pastas, locally-sourced salads, shareable plates, and seasonal specials alongside seasonal craft cocktails, local brews, and an expansive wine list from Beverage Director Charles Hildreth.
